Privacy Policy

The Sovereign Capitalist is operated by Thirteen Ventures Ltd. We collect as little as we can, never sell or rent your information, and use what we hold only to run your account.

What we collect

When you sign up or manage your account we collect the basics needed to provide the service — typically your name, email address, and the billing details handled by our payment processor. We use this to verify who you are, deliver the membership, help you recover a lost password, and send essential account or system notices. With your consent, we may occasionally tell you about new features.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to administer your Sovereign Capitalist account and to communicate with you about it. We do not sell, rent, or trade it to any third party or data-collection organization — full stop.

Payments

Subscription billing runs through our payment processor, Stripe. Your full card number is never seen or stored by us; it stays with the processor under their own security and privacy terms.

Data retention

Your information stays on file while your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account — or during routine cleanup of long-expired accounts — the personal data attached to it is removed.

Cookies

We use cookies only to recognize you between visits and as you move between pages. For security, the cookie we set stores nothing but a unique identifying number — never your username, password, payment details, or any other personal information. We don’t use cookies to follow you around other sites, and we don’t sell visitor data.

Your rights (PIPEDA & GDPR)

Thirteen Ventures Ltd. is a Canadian company incorporated in the Province of Ontario, and we operate under PIPEDA, Canada’s federal privacy law. Wherever you live — including the EU and UK under GDPR — you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Just get in touch.
