In 2021, The Crypto Capitalist Manifesto predicted a two-tier society sorted by monetary substrate: a CBDC-managed underclass on one side, asset-owning capitalists on the other. That call held up. But four years and one AI revolution later, Jeftovic goes further, and openly retires the parts he got wrong.
The split is not primarily economic anymore. It is cognitive. The people adapting their thinking, their tooling, and their personal infrastructure to fourth gear are pulling away from everyone else, not by ten or twenty percent, but by orders of magnitude. The economic gap is downstream of that.

The Post-Singularity Stack: a barbell, not a balance.
Most portfolios sit in the middle of the distribution: broad equities, bonds, fiat savings. Structurally, that is the worst place to be. It’s exactly what gets debased, programmed, and displaced from both directions.
The Stack loads both ends of the bar instead. It’s the operational resolution of what the book calls Mr. Rabbit’s Dilemma: own equity in the apparatus on one side, build structural sovereignty on the other. Each side hedges the other. Neither alone is sufficient.

Pareto found that roughly twenty percent of any population produces eighty percent of its output. Quigley found that roughly twenty percent cannot or will not internalize the prevailing authority structures. The two sets overlap heavily. Mark E. Jeftovic is a technology founder and investor from before the .com era was called that. He wrote “This Time Is Different” about Bitcoin in 2017, called the monetary reboot behind “The Great Reset” in 2021’s Crypto Capitalist Manifesto, and went on Steve Bannon’s War Room in April 2025 to declare that the Singularity had already happened, months before it became consensus.
He publishes Bombthrower and The Sovereign Capitalist, where the Post-Singularity Stack was first developed, and where the grand slams have included Ben Graham-style net-nets surfaced in the crypto economy and a maximum-pessimism entry into Micron in April 2026 that ran over 300% in sixty days.

Before you buy
Is this about Bitcoin?
No. Bitcoin holds the lead position on one end of the Stack, and the book explains why, but The Blueprint is about the whole architecture: cognition, tooling, jurisdiction, business ownership and capital structure.
Does it tell me what to buy?

I read The Crypto Capitalist Manifesto. Is this a rehash?
It’s the sequel and the correction. The Manifesto got the direction right and the speed and one structural assumption wrong. Part 2 walks through exactly what was wrong and replaces it with the State Capitalism model. Roughly two-thirds of the book is framework that didn’t exist in 2021.
